  6. with a stringent Customer Service Policy featuring on site assessment within 24 hours or less an action plan and remedy within 48 hours.
  7. with post construction conference in which we evaluate the construction process and together with the Framing Contractor, GC, Project Architect and PE attempt to improve the component design and installation methods.
