Our Design Process
  1. Once our Proposal is accepted, the bid documents and solution concepts are turned over to our design department for the preparation of detailed design submittals, shop drawings and placement plans.
  2. Using proprietary “Robbins” Design Software, your Architectural and Structural plans are down loaded into our computers. The elevations and floor plans, floor wall and roof macro systems are appraised for fit and accuracy. Each system is subjected to the job specific load and deflection parameters and then subdivided into micro components. Individual components are then designed and reviewed to meet or exceed the project’s structural needs.
  3. Upon completion of our designs we submit our work for the review, feedback and acceptance of your Architect, Project Engineer and GC.

Upon written acceptance of our submittal, we will schedule your project for production and contact you to integrate our sequence of deliveries with your construction schedule.
