We start with a careful study and assessment
of your project’s structural and
architectural prints.

If we uncover any ambiguities, structural
problems, architectural inconsistencies and
blue-print contradictions, we seek clarity
and attempt to resolve the issues through
the RFI (request for information) method or
a direct meeting with the project Architect,
GC and/or PE.
- If
the Architect, PE or GC does not have a resolution
we will propose our own solution, prepare
an estimate and present it in our Bid/Project
Proposal.
