Triangle Building Products designs and fabricates a full line of wooden structural building componets, Floor Trusses, Wall Panels and Roof Trusses. Each componets is custom made on site in our Medford factory to your project needs. Each component is manufactured on site in our Medford, Long Island, NY factory and built to meet or exceed the needs of your project.

Our Sales Process
From whole building component packages to just roof trusses, Triangle Building Components sells what you need and value most. You benefit from direct, face to face insight and evaluation of sales, design and project management staff.

1. We start with a careful study and assessment of your project’s structural and
architectural prints.
2.
If we uncover any ambiguities, structural problems, architectural inconsistencies and blue-print contradictions, we seek clarity and attempt to resolve the issues through the RFI (request for information) method or a direct meeting with the project Architect, GC and/or PE.
3.
If the Architect, PE or GC does not have a resolution we will propose our own solution, prepare an estimate and present it in our Bid/Project Proposal.

Our Design Process
1. Once our Proposal is accepted, the bid documents and solution concepts are turned over to our design department for the preparation of detailed design submittals, shop drawings and placement plans.
2. Using proprietary “Robbins” Design Software, your Architectural and Structural plans are down loaded into our computers. The elevations and floor plans, floor wall and roof macro systems are appraised for fit and accuracy. Each system is subjected to the job specific load and deflection parameters and then subdivided into micro components. Individual components are then designed and reviewed to meet or exceed the project’s structural needs.
3. Upon completion of our designs we submit our work for the review, feedback and acceptance of your Architect, Project Engineer and GC.

1. We design our component products to the NY State IBC/IRC Building/Residential Code, ANSI-TPI ‘02 or which ever State Code that our product will be installed in.
2. We are a union shop with general liability insurance and an active in house quality control and safety programs.

4. Wth both an engineering submittal process and design review conferences.
5. With preconstruction framing workshops.
6. With on site project management and installation education and instruction.
7. With a stringent Customer Service Policy featuring on site assessment within 24 hours or less an action plan and remedy within 48 hours.
8. With post construction conference in which we evaluate the construction process and together with the Framing Contractor, GC, Project Architect and PE attempt to improve the component design and installation methods.
