Bruce Meltzer

Bruce Meltzer is Executive Chairman and Senior advisor to  Triangle Building Products Corp in Medford, NY. As a multi-faceted building products supplier and framing component manufacturer, Triangle has become an integral team member in many large scale multi-family development projects, as well as single family homes, predominantly in the New York Metropolitan area.

The company was started by Bruce’s father Abe Meltzer in the 1970’s under the name of  Triangle Pacific Corp. (TPC) At that time, they became one of the largest manufacturers of kitchen cabinets and flooring in the US, in addition to owning 17 lumber yards and 3 sawmills. TPC was eventually sold to Armstrong World Industries. TPC’s Long Island location was sold to Bruce in 1979, and the current company Triangle Building Products Corp. was formed in 1993.

 
Following the family tradition established by Bruce’s father, Justin Meltzer, Bruce’s son, joined the company over 20 years ago and has been instrumental in developing sales and marketing growth in our sector. Bruce is an avid golfer, as is his wife Diane and they reside between Long Island and Miami Beach, FL. Bruce also has a daughter, Jennifer, who is currently working with The Corcoran Group, a major real estate firm. Diane and Bruce have 9 grandchildren, all who reside in New York.
