Floor Trusses

Triangle’s open-webbed floor truss configuration allows for increased accessibility of plumbing, cooling/heating ducts and electrical conduits. Custom fabricated to exact measurements, Triangle’s floor trusses do not require time consuming field cutting, the installation of additional squash blocks, and/or rim boards.

 

Product Benefits:

  • Floor truss installation time is estimated at 35% less than an I-joist system and 65% less than conventional stick frame systems

Wall Panel Systems

Triangle’s wall panels include project specific exterior sheathing, door and window rough openings with headers, jack trimmer/king stud components.

We can build components according to your specifications using their hardware.

We have strong partnerships with our developers. We have a construction coordinator that will visit project sites, monitoring deliveries and progress from start to finish of the project construction.

Additionally, we have a fully staffed design department to help design your framing component needs for your large scale construction projects. We work primarily with clients throughout the Tri-state area.

Roof Trusses

Triangle designs and engineers roof trusses per plans and specifications. We use MiTek engineering software and TPI third-party inspection.

  • Where are the trusses manufactured?
    All of our trusses, and wall panels, are manufactured at our Medford, Long Island, New York facility.
  • What do I do if I only have printed plans?
    We work with digital plans. Ask your architect for a digital copy, or take them to your nearest copy store such as Staples, etc, and have them scanned. Then you can either upload them here (upto 25 MB file size), or put them into Google Drive or Dropbox and share the folder with us at info@trianglebp.com.
  • How long will it take to get a quote?
    Based on the size and complexity of the project, our lead times vary from a couple of days, to 3 weeks. However, we will communicate with you during the process to ensure that all aspects of your project are included.
  • How long does the manufacturing process take?
    Our facility usually runs at a 6 week lead time from the date approvals are received.
  • Do you have truss designers on staff?
    Triangle Building Products employs a team of designers well versed in the building requirements necessary for the Tri-State area.
  • Besides framing components, can I purchase other products from Triangle?"
    Triangle Building Products offers a full lumber yard, as well as millwork, kitchen and bath cabinetry, doors and windows, and many other construction components you’ll need to complete your project.
  • Do I get a discount if I purchase everything from you?
    We proudly offer a turnkey project proposal that includes all the materials and components we manufacture or distribute that you may need to complete your project. We are competitive with our pricing and look to build long term partnerships with all our customers.
  • Will Triangle have someone on site?
    Yes! Our Construction Coordinator will visit your site weekly to make sure we are providing you with everything you need and on a timely basis.
  • What are your hours?
    Our manufacturing facility is open from 6 am to 2:30 pm, and our Components Division office hours are 7 am to 4 pm.
